Compliance & Regulatory Structuring

Structuring of off-take agreements aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements.

Aligning producers and purchasers on quality, volume, pricing and delivery timelines.

Trade Facilitation & Coordination
We manage and execute the full export process, ensuring transactions are structured correctly and delivered successfully from producer to international buyer.
This includes:
End-to-end coordination of all stakeholders across the transaction, including cultivators, buyers, laboratories and service providers.
Export readiness - Structuring export processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and packaging standards.
Ensuring alignment with import requirements in destination markets
Managing transaction flows including payment terms, shipping timelines, and delivery execution
